• Juta publications may be ordered from Juta Customer Services, Juta Law Business Consultants, Juta Bookshops and selected local and international traders and agents. Books (excluding loose-leafs and all electronic publications) may also be purchased and paid for online on the Juta Bookshops website at http://www.jutaonline.co.za
• Please note that this Juta Law website is NOT e-commerce enabled and all orders must either be paid for in full or ordered on account, subject to Juta's terms and conditions, before delivery will be effected. Juta Law BOOK publications may however be purchased and paid by credit card online via the http://www.jutaonline.co.za e-commerce website (Please Note: this excludes purchases of loose-leaf and electronic publications).

Pricing:

• Prices shown are the recommended South African retail prices set by Juta Law and may vary if purchased through local or international bookstores, traders and agents.
• All prices quoted are in South African Rands (ZAR)
• Prices are inclusive of 14%; Value-Added Tax (VAT) if ordered and delivered within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Products ordered and delivered outside of the borders of South Africa will have the Value Added Tax of 14%; deducted from the prices shown.
• Prices of print products EXCLUDE postage and handling, which are calculated at the time of order processing. Postage costs vary according to method of postage and region or country of destination.
• Prices of CD/DVD-ROM publications INCLUDE the cost of postage and handling.
• Yearly electronic subscriptions to CD/DVD-ROM and Internet products are renewed automatically until cancelled in writing by the subscriber.
• Loose-leaf publications are kept current by means of Revision Services. Registered subscribers will continue to receive updates as these are issued until the subscription is cancelled in writing.
